Looking to encourage my office for the summer, I stopped and took a red pencil Mattese Ricky this morning. However, as I have invited two red eyes looks of surprise and anxiety reactions, it became clear that their colleagues are not very taken with my new look fierce.
“It appears that you have an infection of the eyes – I thought his eyes were very irritated,” said one. “It took me by surprise … it’s a good way to scare someone,” said another person, he continues, “It’s really scary. I was trying a Halloween costume early.”
“Maybe if I was right on the top lid as it would be less bleeding,” one editor suggested, while another offered, “Maybe if it was right on the lower lid, it would be better.” And as I walked to the wardrobe of beauty in search of a detergent and a towel, a colleague asked me if I cried.
If you decide to try the red eyeliner at home – and want to avoid raising the suspicion that you have conjunctivitis, or dealing with personal tragedy – it is recommended to choose either the upper or lower eyelid only, and to maintain a fine line. And better yet, save this to look after an hour and stay away from natural light. (For the record, I mixed mine in a touch of shine, and goes soft pout rouge instead.)
